Majapahit Beach Villas is an exclusive complex of four absolutely beach front luxurious villas resting beside a glistening black sand beach, just 10 minutes north of Sanur on Bali 's south-east coast. Majapahit Beach Villas are perhaps the only villas in Bali that are located just in front of the beach, they are almost floating! Each three-bedroom villa boasts a private swimming pool, the finest furnishings and a five-star standard of service and food. Bounded by the River Wos and surrounded by terraced rice fields, tobacco plantations, papaya and banana groves, the magnificent setting is blessed with spectacular views extending across the ocean towards the beaches of Sanur, Nusa Dua, Lembongan Island and East Bali.

All four 3bedroom villas are designed and built in a way that can be rented either as two 6 bedroom villas with 2 swimming pools or either as a complex of 12 bedrooms for weddings or other events as an estate of 12 bedrooms with 4 swimming pools.

The Staff

The complex is served by a full team of staff ;

• A full time Villa Manager . Supervise and co-ordinates the staff and is available to assist guests during their stay.
• Butlers : On hand 24 hours a day to look after every need of the guests.
• Pool Boy : Providing service around the pool and garden area during day time
• Chef and Cook . Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided and the staff will do all the market shopping.
• Villa Attendants . Responsible for housekeeping duties and taking care of daily laundry and dry cleaning service.
• Security Guards . Duties are to guard the villa 24 hours a day to ensure the security of the guests.
• Gardeners . Tending the garden and the grounds of the villa, and cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
• Maintenance team. Created to ensure all Villa equipment are well maintain and are in working order.
• Spa Therapist. Provided upon requests to give traditional body treatments combined with Balinese healing methods in the privacy of your own villa.
