Prana Shiro Dara

Shiro dara is one of the most popular Ayurvedic treatments in Asian spas. Its purpose is to induce a feeling of absolute calmness and serenity but it is also regarded as an anti-ageing treatment. Prana Shiro dara begins with a mind-soothing Indian head, scalp, neck and shoulder massage to help melt away any tensions or stress. Your therapist will then massage and nurture the vital energy points to stimulate and energize the body system. Allow yourself to totally relax when a golden stream of specially blended, warmed, medicated oils is poured continually over your third chakra (located in the centre of your forehead), for twenty minutes. Prana Shiro dara is recommended for those suffering from low energy, insomnia, chronic headaches, fatigue and stress.
Prana Rebalance

Immerse yourself in the healing world of Ayurveda with this signature treatment originating from India. Prana Rebalance is an all-over detoxifier, designed to bring you into a grounded state of wellness. We begin with a Pizichil, a synchronicity massage where two therapists simultaneously massage warm medicated oils into your body. In the Udgarshana treatment, healing powders and herbs, especially imported from India and unique to Prana, are applied to stimulate circulation and recondition the body. This is followed by the Mavarakizhi; a technique using poultice bags filled with curative herbs and powders to help alleviate fatigue, improve digestion and relax any tension held in the body. During Pina Sweda, steaming towels infused with herbs are draped over the body to cleanse and detoxify. Prana Rebalance has been created to restore the body back to balance and is recommended for those who want to improve sleep patterns and general well-being.
