Celebrate the arrival of the New Year 2008 at Maya Ubud's black & white jasmine gala eve.

Overture
Bali rhythm & dance with Ubud's Kecak troupe & drums at our Full Moon Amphitheatre.
Cocktails & tapas are served during the ballet.
7;30 pm - 8:30 pm

Interlude Let our enchanting hostesses escort you to the adjacent Maya Sari Mas Restaurant for champagne teasers & gala dinner.

Gala Dinner
A fabulous served five course dinner, superbly crafted by the Maya Chefs is presented at our black silk & white jasmine scented gala venue. A sumptuous patisserie and flamed coffee bar is set for you to crown your dinner.
Seating at 8:30 pm.

Sumatra Guitars, latin sounds and some gypsies soul is the musical repertoire of this evenings " Ebony Quintet ", a five piece group of Batak Singers & Guitars.
10:30 pm onwards.

After glow
Bar Bedulu serves you until the morning hours, house grooves & disco beats are mixed by Bar Manager Wayan till 2:00 am.
