RESERVATION
Inquiries and reservation for services in all areas shown in this tariff , maximum details are required in order to fulfill reservations efficiently, Arrival and departure date, Flight Details, number of participant involved.

CONFIRMATIONS
All Reservation requests will be confirmed immediately and are normally confirmed by return fax or email. In the event immediate confirmation is not possible, booking status will be advised by facsimile or E-mail or within 24 hours
PAYMENTS
All confirmed reservation should be settled the payment at least 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival.

Indonesia Banking, regulations stipulate a surcharge for any remittance by Bank draft , if you remit by bank draft an additional US$ 40 should be added to total amount.
REFUND & CANCELLATION
- Cancellation Fee (s) is not levied by PT. BALI CANTIK SERVICE, but the full responsibility of the clients and charge according to respective venues regulations.
- Deposit is full refundable if the amendment / our office receive the
cancellation more than 32 Days in advance
- Cancellation fees will be levied according to the time limit of cancellation
is made.
- No refund or reduction will be made to any member of Group or
Individual who change the journey from Itinerary
HOTEL BOOKINGS
Direct reservation made by the clients to hotel will not be the responsibility by PT.BALI CANTIK SERVICE
VOUCHER(S) :
You will be met by our staff who speaks English / Japanese at Airport and HOTEL VOUCHER and ORIGINAL INVOICE shall be given to you upon arrival in Bali. (or If you do not need our Transfer Service, Hotel Voucher can be faxed direct to Hotel as you requested before your Check in)

Quoted in US DOLLAR and Included in our rate 2009/2010 is 21 % tax and services and NON COMMISSIONABLE, and subject to change prior to notice
Air-conditioning vehicles with qualified Japanese / English / French speaking Guide to assist YOU, admission fees such as entrance fee, toll road and parking fees are all inclusive
LIABILITY :
PT.BALI CANTIK SERVICE acts as an intermediary between the concerned Hotels, Carrier, Agent, Transportation Companies and all other contractors providing the services.
PT.BALI CANTIK SERVICE is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by the tourist, including those occurring outside the touring programs, additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be born by the tourist. Program, prices, services, and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the tourist agreement to the above conditions.
